WHERE WE SHIP
Worldwide. US orders ship UPS Ground from Los Angeles. International orders ship DHL or FedEx. Rates are calculated live at checkout from the carrier based on the weight of your floor.
SIGNATURE REQUIREDÂ
Every floor ships signature required. The boxes are large and we do not want them left outside. UPS will attempt delivery three times, then hold the package at the nearest UPS location for pickup. Please use the Delivery instructions box in your cart to tell us the best days and hours someone can sign, a gate or buzzer code, or a business address if that is easier. Make sure the phone number on your order is one you answer, since drivers call on signature deliveries.
BOX SIZESÂ
PC.2 and HEX floors ship in one box, about 6 ft x 1 ft, around 30 lbs. XL floors ship in one box, about 12 x 12 x 80 in, around 135 lbs. Honeycomb kits ship in multiple boxes.
LEAD TIMES
In-stock floors usually ship within 5 to 7 business days from Los Angeles. Custom and Design Your Own floors take about 3 months to design and produce. Shipping speed shown at checkout is carrier transit time after your floor leaves us, not total time to your door. We email tracking the day it ships.
LOS ANGELES PICK UP
Local pickup and oversized courier delivery are available in LA. Email support@lnoleum.com after ordering to arrange it.
DAMAGE
Inspect your floor on arrival and email support@lnoleum.com within 3 days with photos if anything is wrong. Keep the box.
